The company became one of America\'s leading clockmakers during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, producing a wide range of mantel, wall, regulator and novelty clocks. Ansonia clocks are recognised for their reliable mechanical movements, decorative cases and variety of styles, including Victorian, Rococo Revival, Gothic Revival and Art Nouveau. Today they remain highly collectable and are appreciated for both their craftsmanship and historical significance.
