The lamp features a deeply polished, rich black marble column with subtle natural inclusions, resting upon a tiered square marble plinth base. It is heavily adorned with finely cast gilt metal mounts, including an elaborate Corinthian-style capital featuring scrolled acanthus leaves and delicate floral motifs, and stands proudly on four ornate, scrolled Rococo bracket feet, its dramatic silhouette provides an exquisite grounding element for both traditional and contemporary interiors.
The interplay between the dark, highly polished marble and the radiant, intricate gilt metal work creates an instantly luxurious, dramatic focal point.
Modeled as a classical Corinthian column, it brings a sense of structural elegance and historic permanence to any tabletop.
The grand combination of neoclassical form and playful Rococo detailing allows it to float effortlessly across different design eras.

Features an incredibly detailed, open-work cast capital displaying excellent depth of relief. The heavy tiered base is securely supported by four sturdy, scrolling foliate feet
Dating from the mid-to-late 19th century, this lamp reflects the Grand Tour aesthetic and the Revivals era popular throughout Victorian-era Europe. French craftsmen frequently married classical Roman architectural forms (like the Corinthian column) with flamboyant Louis XV Rococo ornamentation, creating highly decorative decorative arts for the grand townhouses and estates of the period.
A perfect example of structural elegance, this lamp answers the modern desire for rich, authentic materials and soulful antiques. Its heavy weight and dark profile add instant gravitas to minimalist spaces, while the gilt accents catch the light beautifully, making it as much a sculpture as it is a functional light source.
Perfect For: a grand console table in an entryway or hallway, flanking a sofa on a side table to add symmetric height or elevating a moody, atmospheric study or home library.
