An elegant and substantial pair of Italian marble egg table lamps by Banci Firenze, the renowned Florentine lighting manufacturer, combining beautifully veined natural stone with polished silver-coloured metalwork. Their sculptural form and architectural detailing create a sophisticated design, equally suited to traditional and contemporary interiors.
Each lamp features a large, egg-shaped cream marble body with delicate natural veining in soft grey and warm golden tones. The marble is supported by a substantial square metal pedestal with a stepped plinth, while a slender rectangular column and circular collar rise above, creating a beautifully balanced composition.
The contrast between the softly coloured marble and the cool, reflective metalwork gives the lamps a distinctive appearance, combining classical materials with clean geometric lines. Each lamp weighs an impressive 9.2 kg, reflecting the substantial nature of its construction.
Both lamps retain their original BF maker's labels, identifying them as pieces by Banci Firenze, a Florentine lighting manufacturer celebrated for its distinctive decorative lighting.
