A Cloakroom is a small room or entrance area designed for storing coats, hats, umbrellas and outdoor clothing, and in modern homes may also incorporate a guest washroom. Traditionally located close to the main entrance of a house, antique cloakrooms often feature coat stands, umbrella stands, hall tables, mirrors and decorative lighting to create an elegant first impression. Thoughtfully furnished cloakrooms combine practicality with refined interior design.
