Horseshoe Arch

A Horseshoe Arch is an arch that curves inward above its springing points before widening again, creating a distinctive horseshoe-shaped opening. Widely associated with Islamic, Moorish and Spanish architecture, horseshoe arches have also appeared in nineteenth-century Revival styles, adding an exotic and decorative architectural element.
