Georgian Bureau is a writing cabinet featuring a fall-front writing surface enclosing drawers, pigeonholes and storage compartments above a chest of drawers. Widely used throughout the eighteenth century, Georgian bureaux combined practicality with refined cabinet making and remain highly collectible today.
