Azulejos are decorative glazed ceramic tiles traditionally associated with Portugal and Spain. Often painted in blue and white, though also produced in a wide range of colours, they are used to decorate walls, staircases, fountains, churches and courtyards. Antique azulejos are celebrated for their artistic beauty, craftsmanship and architectural importance.
